Hello People,
My name is Brooke Freese, I'm 17 years old and a senior at Edgar High School.
I think something that helped shape my life is the fact that my parents are very open to ideas that I have. They allow me to be the person that I am, not telling me how I have to live my life. They don't tell me that I have to take certain classes, or go to college for this. They let me take chances and learn from my mistakes.
I believe that psychology is important because it can help us understand our own thoughs and other peoples. In ways that before we wouldn't have been able to.
I think psychology is the understanding of people, and there thoughts.

Brooke,
ReplyDeleteI like how you said that your parents allow you to be open with your ideas. My parents for the most part are like that. They tend to instruct a little too much sometimes on what academic courses to take and what colleges to apply too. I know they have my best interest at heart so I try not to let it bother too much. I think it is great that you get to make those decisions for yourself.
Brooke-
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your parents are so open to your ideas. Having known you my entire life, I know that if your parents had been any different, you wouldn't be the person I know and love. The fact that they let you take chances is great, and I know that we have learned from many mistakes together because we our parents were so trusting.
Hi Brooke,
ReplyDeleteMy parents also don't tell me what classes I have to take and I think it helps me for the future in making my own decisions in my life.
Yo Yo Brooke! Having your parents not tell you what to do or what classes is graet. Thats how my parents are. And being open to your ideas, that must be nice too. My parents are open to some of the ideas i have, but not all of them. And when you say that they allow you to be who you are, some kids arn't that lucky, some parents make there kids change to please themselves. So we are lucky that our parents love us, just the way we are! :)
